We are hiring! We seek highly motivated and result-oriented sales professionals for the business development team generating leads and fostering plans in the assigned territories.

⦿ Open Positions: Senior Executive/Junior Manager – Inside Sales
⦿ Qualification & Experience: BSc/MSc/BTech/MTech in Biotechnology/Chemistry & MBA with 2 to 8 years of inside sales experience or business development dealing with Pharma/Biotech clients

⦿ Roles and Responsibilities
1. Should have prior experience in lead generation in the US/EU markets
2. Identify potential customers through desk research and create email outreach campaigns.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and qualify opportunities leading to business closure
4. Understand the customer's need and research area, and propose the best solution through consultative selling
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be proficient in sales strategy, cold calling, and email nurturing activities.
6. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
