Walk In Interview - Operator & Executive Roles

Roles and Responsibilities

Operators :

• Follow the systems, procedures and practices for Formulation operations and execution of Production Plan.
• Perform the Production activity as per the respective Batch Records/ Validation Protocols.
• Work in shifts and carry out the job responsibilities time to time as per the instructions of superior/s.
• Performs duties viz., Executing batches in shifts.
• Carry out in process checks during production operations as per the respective SOP and Batch Records.
• Reports any deviation, non-compliance to immediate Supervisor/ Executive.
• Maintain good housekeeping inside and around the production facilities and maintain good hygiene practices.
• Operation and Cleaning of the equipment's and production areas as per the respective standard operating procedures.
• To carry out installation and operational, process qualifications of the manufacturing equipment in coordination with the Validation team and Supplier of the equipment.
• Perform the any suitable job given by immediate supervisor / Executive.

Executives :

• Execution of Production plan, monitoring of shop floor activity, Instant shop floor planning and meeting all the delivery schedules as committed in the business plan.
• Carry out IN process checks, online documentation as per the respective SOP and Batch Records.
• Compliance to CGMP and Global Regulatory requirements for Drug Product Facility.
• Shall have Good knowledge of Manufacturing Equipment's used in Granulation, Dispensing and Coating
• Extensive experience in Manpower handling, team building and resolving shop floor issues arising out of personnel inefficiencies or technical incompetence.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines for US FDA, MHRA, TGA etc. and Industry knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

Coating :

• Glatt Coater, Sejong, Gansons, Homogenizer, Jacketed vessels, Viswill Inspection Machine
• Enteric Coating and Film Coating (solution preparation)
• Sugar Coating is more preferable.
• Automated Coating system experience and troubleshooting.
• SEJONG, GLATT COATER & GANSONS

Packing :

• Blister Packing machine (Preferably HOONGA)
• Cartoning machine (Preferably HOONGA)
• Bottle packing line (Primary and secondary, preferably CVC).

Granulation : GEA, TAPASYA & GLATT

Compression : FETTE & KILLIAN
