Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenanc
Expohure of Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, Media fill validation and data handling.
Lyophilizer Batch Manufacturing, Filling and Operation of Filter Integrity Test
Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipment
Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirement
Sr. Operator/Operator - Lyophilizer:
(ITI with 2 to 4 years experience)
Skills Required:
To Perform Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, and media fill validatio
Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenanc
Operation and Maintenance of Loading
Unloading and Operation of Filter Integrity Tester Knowledge of developments,
Preparation and Loading of Lyophilizer recipe for multiple products.
Knowledge of Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirement
Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipment
