Job Description: We have requirement for the post of Biologics – Downstream Production Operation – Senior Officer/Executive in USV Pvt Ltd !
Exposure to Upstream/Downstream Operations pertaining to Bio-pharmaceutical molecules like- Bacterial recombinant proteins and/or Monoclonal antibodies(Mabs) purification. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on Filgrastim/Pegfilgrastim products.
Well versed with purification techniques like Packing/Unpacking of column, operations related to chromatography systems, understanding of UNICORN software. Handling of large scale chromatography and automated packing/unpacking system would be an advantage.
Knowledge about different chromatography techniques – Ion Exchange Chromatography, Affinity Chromatography, Expanded bed chromatography, HIC, RPC, GFC etc.
Operational and technical understanding of automated Tangential Flow Filtration system.
Experience on on Buffer Preparation, depth filter, CIP/SIP, Autoclave/DHS, Filter integrity and other downstream related activities
