Job responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and monitoring of microbiology laboratory
2. All microbiological related activities i.e., Sterilization, Preparation of media, Growth Promotion for media, Culture maintenance, Decontamination and Waste Disposal.
3. Temperature monitoring of equipments.
4. Clean room temperature and pressure differential monitoring in QC Microbiology Laboratory.
5. Stock maintenance for dehydrated media, ready to use media, chemicals & reagents, other consumables and accessories.
6. Intimation of laboratory incidences, deviations, out of alert/action results to the Head / concerned area / Quality Assurance.
7. Maintain the Microbiological data as per requirement of Quality System.
8. Maintaining the training records as per requirement of Quality System.
9. Follow the required EHSS policies and Good hygiene practice.
10. Undertake other responsibilities related to Microbiology as per requirement.
11. Initiation of LIR, change control, deviation, OOT, OOS, CAPA and taking approval from QA.
12. Any other work allocated by HOD or team leader.
13. Microbiological analysis of water & product testing.
