Job Description
Analytical Lab-QC
1. HPLC (Agilent, waters, or Shimadzu make with UV & PDA Detector.
2. Gas chromatography handling and its calibration.
3. Experience for analytical instrument handling and its calibration like HPLC, PH meter Balances, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer and KF Apparatus etc.
4. Analytical method development and analytical method validation as per guideline.
5. Western Blot, Protein Electrophoresis, Total protein estimation etc.
6. HPLC method- Size exclusion, protein A and reverse phase chromatography.
7. Preparation of Analytical testing protocol. Method validation and stability study protocol.
8. Instrument SOPs and maintenance for instrument qualification record.
9. Handling of CAPA, deviation & change control.
10. Work experience with GLP environment.
11. Calibration of analytical instrument as PH meter, Balance, Uv spectrophotometer etc

Job Description
R&D, Process Development Lab
1. Plan and execute the experiments in Plasma Fractionation for preparation of Fraction / paste. Buffer preparation for all processes.
2. Plan and execute the experiments in downstream process development for assigned products and record the experimental methods and data according to authorized procedure.
3. Preparation and review of SOP, developmental summaries and other required documentation for the products assigned & experimental data compilation.
4. Scale up of Plasma fractionation and downstream process.
5. To co-ordinate with cross functional departments like ADL /QC.
6. Train research associates/assistants in process techniques related to plasma fractionation as well as down-stream process development.
