FOR QC
1. To review all documentation related to Quality control lab.
2. To ensure that analysis done in laboratory is as per STP.
3. Responsible for Approval/rejection of Intermediate, Recovered solvent.
4. To ensure that all safety precaution and taken in area of Quality control.
5. Ensure the Calibration of QC instruments done as per defined annual calibration schedule.
6. To review all documentation related Column and maintain properly.
7. Ensure that GLP practices are implemented in lab.
8. To ensure planning of work during shifts and to analytical data.
9. Responsible for Initiation of change control, OOS/OOT and Handling of deviation.
10. Responsible for creating the new project and locking the previous project monthly in Empower 3 software.
11. Ensure that SOP and on job trainings are imparted.
12. Ensure the Analytical Method transfer verification done as per protocol.
FOR ARD
1. To ensure GLP in laboratory activities.
2. To impart SOP and on job training to new as well as old staff.
3. To guide the ARD staff for new analytical method development.
4. To get the staff aware of new emerging analytical technologies and their implementation.
5. Responsible for preparation of Process Development Reports for new products.
6. Responsible for Analytical method transfer to QC.
7. Revising specifications and method of analysis for existing products (if required).
8. Participating in additional studies and analytical investigation in case of OOS.
9. Ensuring proper analytical support to R & D (Synthesis).
10. Sending samples from R & D for market development.
11. Literature search for new analytical developments.
12. Any other responsibility given by HOD/Management.
