    Job Description 

    PURPOSE
    Under general supervision, develop and prepare pharmacovigilance agreements for assigned customers.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of safety agreements
    Develop and prepare safety agreements
    Prepare and maintain PSMFs for small/mid-size companies
    Act as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects
    Support senior team members on medium to larger customers / projects
    Assist in the negotiation of safety agreement text using approved process and templates
    Oversee finalization and distribution of documents
    Update and maintain safety agreement databases and files
    All responsibilities are essential job functions unless noted as nonessential (N).
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    Good knowledge of applicable global, regional and local clinical research regulatory requirement; i.e. Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, Quintiles Standard Operating Procedures.
    Good knowledge of Lifecycle Safety processes;
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and maintain consistently high quality standards.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously. Organize own workload and effectively time manage competing priorities.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
