Review for Physical parametres during compression / Coating
AQL Inspection
Line clearance in Manufacturing and Warehouse
Sampling of Intermediate, bulk and finished products of exhibit / process validation / commercial batches as per SOP / Instruction in batch record / protocol and sending the samples to the destination
Inspection of finished goods and review batch record prior to BSR transfer
Periodic review of GMP records like equipment sequential, environmental monitoring records, cleaning records, calibration records
Report of non-conformance / Incident to concerned department & Head - Quality / Manager - QA and follow up till corrective and preventive action
Any specific job assigned by Head - QA based on experience and competency
